T@lecom is proud to announce the launch of the Customer Service Portal.
Customers can now:
- View and track their assets
- Track sim cards, IMEI’s etc
- Report issues
- Report and track returned devices
- Track progress of new orders
- Monitor performance of utilisation of their devices
The new service developed entirely in house takes on a new dimension of customer support. Login through the T@lecom website and customers can instantly see the status of their Assets and ensure they are being used as per the business requirement.
Jan O’Hara comments “We wanted to deliver our customers a simple interface to our business, with a full audit trail of all transactions”. The portal has been tested with several customers who have all added the requirements; we have listened and added the requests so that they get exactly what they feel they need.
