Coventry based T@lecom Ltd has been selected by O2 as a Mobile data application partner.

The move marks an important step in T@lecom's ongoing development, which has been marked by continued success since its formation in 2002 with the aim of delivering a high quality but cost effective wireless communication solution for the transport and logistics industry.

O2 and T@lecom have worked together on a number of projects that successfully deployed T@lecom's Wireless Delivered™ solutions with O2 network and device to a variety of customers in the Courier, Transport, Logistics and NHS arena's.

T@lecom's Wireless Delivered™ suite of products provide continuous lines of communication between an organisation's control centre and its employees in the field, who are equipped with the XDA II from O2 utilising the O2 GPRS mobile network.

Wireless Delivered™ is currently one of the most advanced mobile data solutions available on the market. By providing additional functions such as satellite navigation and automatic vehicle location, the system allows companies to tailor solutions that can meet their own specific business requirements.

T@lecom's Wireless Delivered™ suite of products more than met all the Accelerator criteria, resulting in its full accreditation as a O2 mobile data application partner.
