October 2007 |
|
|
Improving health and alleviating the
causes of poor health for the benefits of patients, the public and taxpayer
alike in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and the Isle of
Wight is what South Central NHS is all about. This means that all of their
suppliers have to abide by high levels of service.
They have been running the T@lecom’s
Wireless Delivered™ Live platform in conjunction with their non-emergency patient
transport service for the last 2 years benefiting from;-
-
Ability to track every Ambulance in real-time
-
Faster transportation due to satellite navigation
-
Reduced costs due to more efficient processes and lack of paper
-
Controllers have full control over drivers
-
Reduced driver downtime
T@lecom are proud to announce that
they have decided to extend the service for a further 12 months. Jan O’Hara, Managing Director of
T@lecom was delighted with news stating, “We have worked hard for the last few
years with the NHS, developing relationships and ensuring that we can provide
the service they need and the support they insist upon.”
